Product composition: 

Elastic modulus test stand - it is used for the aligned placement of test block in the scale line, thus avoiding the removal of the elastic modulus test stand. It replaces the traditional elastic modulus tester and saves the setting-out and installation. It can be used alone in combination with your original dial indicator or dial gauge. 

Dial gauge - it is used for testing of deformation quantity of the test block. 

Wireless adapter - it is used for wireless receiving of dial gauge data. 

Wireless transmitter - it is used together with the dial gauge for wireless sending of data. 

Wireless elastic modulus measuring instrument

The wireless version consists of the elastic modulus test stand, dial gauge, wireless adapter and wireless transmitter. There is no need to insert and unplug the wire manually. It can be used together with the corresponding system software and can directly read the dial gauge. 

The wireless adapter is used for the communication with the digital dial gauge and wireless transmission of dial gauge reading to the IPC.

Test method:

The offset of pressure point of axial pressure relative to the center of area of pressure-bearing cross section of the cylinder is calculated with the axial deformation of the cylinder detected by 3 detection points of elastic modulus measuring instrument. The above method effectively solves the difficult alignment of the elastic modulus test block, improves the elastic modulus detection efficiency and guarantees the test precision.
