Our Company has been engaged in the field of railway precast beam construction since 1995, and designed and manufactured China's first universal member assembling self-balancing bridge test bench. It played an important role in the construction of Qinhuangdao-Shenyang High-speed Railway;
In 2006, our Company designed and manufactured the second generation of bridge static load test bench with welding structure according to the disadvantages of the original universal member assembling test bench, which greatly improved the assembly difficulty. It was widely applied in the construction of Wuhan-Guangzhou High-speed Railway;
In 2011, we designed the third-generation reaction leg type and fourth-generation anchor pile type static load test bench;
In 2015, with the idea of hope and innovation, to improve the product quality and applicability, the Company developed the fifth-generation all-purpose non-perforated static load test bench (SYT-X32E) and obtained the corresponding patent. And the use in recent years received high praise from the market customers.
In 2018, taking a broad view of the railway industry demand in the future, our Company actively developed China's first 40m all-purpose non-perforated static load test bench (SYT-X40E). It was 32m early and later was upgraded to 40m. It is applicable to all girder types at the present stage;

The structure of 40m all-purpose non-perforated static load test bench SYT-X40E is as shown in the figure. It is applicable to 32m, 24m and 20m single-track and double-track box beam and T-shaped girder.

When the static load test of 32m and 24m girder is carried out on the 40m test bench, the assembly node is as shown in the figure.

The yellow part in the above figure is removed and changed into 32m test stand.

The 40m test stand is used for T-shaped girder - 40m, 32m and 24m girder type (the green part used for 32m girder field can be removed, as shown in the figure).

The 40m test stand is used for 32m, 24m and 20m single-track and double-track box beam static load test. For the girder type with different bearing spacing, the change of all girder types is basically consistent, as shown in the figure.

The features of SYT-X40E are as follows:
(1) The railway prestressed double-track box beam static load test no longer requires the hole opening or reserved static load test, thus reducing the workload of patching holes later and saving the time, manpower and material resources;
(2) It can meet the static load test of double-track double-compartment box beam, double-track single-compartment box beam, single-track and single-compartment box beam and T-shaped girder with the railway standard span (40, 32, 31.5, 24, 23.5, 20, 19.5, 16, 12);
(3) The test bench optimizes the mode of force bearing and force transmission, and lowers the total weight and cost of the structure, and the structural reliability is greatly improved through the precise structural finite element analysis and force analysis. The overall deformation of the test bench is smaller;
